Anyang Xiaokang Pesticide Co., Ltd was established in 1996, formerly known as Anyang Chemical Material Factory. It was reformed to a joint-stock cooperative comapny, and renamed Anyang Phytohormone Chemical Factory in 1998. In 2004, the company was reformed to a joint-stock company. Located in Anyang Hi-tech development zone, Anyang Xiaokang owns the Anyang Phytohormone technology center, and a 44000 m2 main factory. It is also honored with the agrochemical fertilizer designate manufacturer of Ministry of Agriculture of PRC, the Technical Material Manufacturer Authorized by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of PRC, Member of CCPIA(China Crop Protection Industry Association), Execute member of the council of Henan Crop Protection Industry Association.

We hold the principle of "survive and develop base on quality, direction and target base on clients' favor". We have been always focusing on quality, reputation, technology, development, and have attained the international quality management system certification of ISO9001:2008, Environmental Management System Certification of ISO14001:2004, passed the National Clean Acceptance Inspection, National Green and Clean Production Exemplary Enterprise, National High-tech Enterprise, have import and export right.

With Institute of Cotton Research (ICR) of CAAS (Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences), we developed the mepiquat chloride product, which filled up the blank of Henan Province and make us the only one mepiquat chloride manufacturer in Henan. Our products have been exported to many countries in Europe, America, Asia, and well received by all clients. Cooperated with Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Anyang Institute of Technology, we completed the development and proof of new technology of mepiquat chloride TC production, which we have declared the international intellectual property protection. In 1989, with Institution of Cotton Research of CAA, we undertook the National Scientific and Technological project in "The Fifteenth Plan"-"leaf keeping agent, root growth promoting agent, soil-free seedling substrate", which commercialized the key scientific and technology achievement of "seedlings' industrialized substrate-free production & mechanized carrier-free transplantation". Now we own 6 China National Invention Patent, 2 jointly owned patents with Institution of Cotton Research (ICR) of CAAS, 1 cooperative patent with China Agricultural University, 10 of our 12 Scientific Research Achievements have reached the advanced level in China.

In 2014, our ownership structure was optimized by signing the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Institution of Cotton Research of CAAS, started a new pattern of national research institute be a shareholder.
